Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment: The Client agrees to pay eCart the total agreed-upon fee for the Project as outlined in the proposal or agreement. Payment terms shall be as specified in the accompanying documents. Payment acts as acceptance of this Agreement unless otherwise stated.

No Refund Policy: The Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments made to eCart for the Project are non-refundable. Regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the final product, cancellation of the Project, or any other reason, refunds will not be provided. Although, revision request are accepted until the client is satisfied.

Termination: In the event that either party wishes to terminate the project, the terminating party must provide written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall remain liable for any outstanding payments due to eCart for work completed up to the date of termination.

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment for the Project, all rights, title, and interest in the completed website shall be transferred to the Client. Until full payment is received, all design elements, source code, and other materials created or utilized by eCart shall remain the property of eCart.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall eCart be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
